What to expect?
I provide a space that is quiet, relaxed and serene, a comfortable space to just ‘be’.
I begin with an Aromatherapy oil infused salt foot scrub and salt foot soak. I establish what my client’s needs and wants are and if there is any area where they would like me to focus, and importantly the expectations of the treatment. And we begin …
Starting with foot reflexology I will see where the body is communicating through the feet reflexes, and we will gently work through any issues that may arise through the use of different holistic therapies and techniques. Because of my experience of different therapies, in my Reflexology sessions there will be elements of other holistic treatments aligning to what the body needs.
No two treatments are exactly the same.

How will I feel after the treatment?
You may feel energised or tired, each person is different. Reflexology is very much the inner work, it can aid the release of physical, mental/emotional or spiritual blocks or interferences. Some clients experience a ‘healing crisis’ in the days after treatment, which is part of the body’s rebalancing and healing process.
It is important to be kind to yourself after your treatment, drink lots of water to aid removal of toxins in the body and consume wholesome healing foods and take some time for yourself. You and your body will know what is best for you.

How many treatments do I need?
Some therapists recommend 6, however I leave this up to the client as some clients come for monthly treatments, some more or less frequently, and it really depends on each individual client and their own wants and needs.
Reflexology can restore the bodies natural equilibrium and further maintain that balance with further treatment sessions.

Treatment Benefits
This is an extremely gentle yet powerful non evasive therapy that encourages the body to self-heal.
The benefits of reflexology are vast in a holistic sense. Benefits are physical, emotional and spiritual and include deep relaxation, stress reduction, and increased circulation and blood flow around the body, therefore decreasing inflammation and creating a deep sense of well-being. The feet in general are rejuvenated can feel lighter, pain can be reduced and it is a wonderful complementary therapy to run in conjunction with other conventional medical treatments for other illnesses.
Dis-ease in the body causes “disease” this does not happen overnight this is generally a build up of other factors in our lives, the environment that we live in and our own perception or interpretation of how we deal with the everyday issues and stressors.
